Description
Learning to relax and shake off stress was one of the first things the Ghar had to learn when we came to this plane of existence. Not such an easy thing to do when you are living underwater, with the constant threat of drowning, and your inner thoughts leaping out to kill you. It's almost as if the mortal Progenitors weren't made for this plane. But we learned to relax where we could. Why not try it yourself. Just don't think about all those people counting on you.
