Ariza Nostal is a great mechanic, but he's gone missing. We've already checked the pub - I fear he may be genuinely lost. I hope he is just taking a routine nap on the clock, but please check the pond beneath the Mill. I'd hate to lose him to a Riptide.

Whew, I thought my card was punched! If I died before the pump got fixed, Vladinov would probably blow this place up try'n to fix it himself.
