Intercept the spellbook of Corthana and return it to Meridian so that it can be used to end Regulos rather than restore him.- Speak with the Faceless Man in Moonshade Highlands

Description
We need to find the Endless Court members who took that spellbook and get it back. Faceless Man's spies recently reported a suspicious looking party passed through Moonshade Highlands. We should investigate that. It's as good a place to start as any. Speak with the Faceless Man in Moonshade Highlands to get brought up to speed and then look for the spellbook.
