What's causing the corruption of the waters of Kirna's Arbor? At night, I've seen dark figures carrying devices into the water. I figured they were fisherman putting out traps, but perhaps I was being a fool. Bring me those devices, so we can get to the bottom of this.

These devices seem to emanate mind controlling death magic, but the technology has the hallmarks of the Abyssal cult. The Abyssal are well known for their mastery of water magic, but why are they meddling with death magic? It appears they have dark plans in the Highlands.
