Long ago, the goddess Aia foretold the arrival of a great conqueror who would rise up in the wastes of Tarken and whose armies would pour across the Water Plane like a sea of blood. Such a being might be swayed for good or ill, depending on what currents propelled it. Within the multiverse of Sliver realms, all currents eventually reach the shore.
