U have to get the glowie on a ledge in the hollow tree on the side of Lantern Hook towards the top on the northwestern side. After u do the first contacts quests than u have to find the teleporter that takes u to the top of Lantern Hook to the next contact and quests. If u have done the Plains of Water areas like Tarken Glacier u should be able to finish this in good time. Tarken Glacier FARV u get the 3 glowies and on the third one u fight a boss which debuffs. It not hard if ur lvl 70 of course.
