I can concur, I tried the pool as mentioned above at 4920, 9500 after picking up Atragarian Gift at 12000, 3500 in Ember isle for a 2hr water breathing and speed buff and at level 70 it took just under an hour and a half as a Rogue/Ranger. Dont bother with the mobs on shore it will slow you down I tried it. In my haul I netted from looting the mobs: 645 x Chiffon Cloth 3 x artifacts 5 x Dimension items 20 x Lanzen Cloth 10 x Empyrean Silk 17 x Green Items (Uncommon) 1 x Blue Item (Rare) 1 x Scroll Pretty sure my invenroty was empyty when I started...
