This can be done by using the Auction House(AH) unless u want to patrol the zone for the artifacts. Go to the AH and open. Click H for achievements and go to the zone u want the artifact achievement for. Open the achievement window and click on the link of the artifact set u have not completed. It will show the ones u have for it and the ones u dont have. Right click on the one u dont have and it will come up in the AH as long as there is one in the AH. Buy it and try and get the others u dont have. When done go to the mailbox and collect ur artifacts. Have a nice day. Always choose the cheapest one.
