For some reason in just the past day or two, I can no longer see my equipped items in any of my characters' profiles even though they have been synced many times. And yes, I do have premium membership. Thanks for looking into this. Itassha

Hello Itassha, When you say you cannot see your equipped item in your profile, you mean you don't see them updated or you don't see any item at all? Could you please provide the log file of Magelo Sync to help us figure out what is going one? Try to synchronize again one of your character, then press "ctrl + shift + L" to see the log. You can copy its content in your reply here. Thank you!

nevermind, items are showing now. maybe it was just the pc or browser on my work computer. can see them fine on home pc.

Good Maybe it was in fact a browser issue at work. Could you still please let me know what browser/version are you using at work? It can stay interesting for us. Thanks!

I was using IE7 at work, just hadn't updated it. Updated it to IE8 and now items show up
