Lord Arak was formed from the collective nightmares of the Ascended and mortals of Telara about the cults of the dragons, including impending apocalypse. More specifically, the threats of Aedraxis, Regulos, Alsbeth and Kain! Lord Arak considers them his ancestors and sees himself as the heir to the Endless and the God of Death. His closest advisers are nightmares that have an aspect of death and the undead to them. To help undo his work here, we must take this vial of Solidified Nightmare and convert it into a Cleansed Nightmare using your skill with the Dream Focus.
