Nysyr was brutal and focused, obsessed with his unrelenting pursuit of Blood Storm corruption in all ranks of society. It is a cruel joke that the first of the inquisitors would end up enslaved beyond death by Regulos. We must do something about this. Free him, and he will no doubt be fueled to fight with you against dragon corruption once more.
