Until now, Arak has struck from safety, for he is but a dream whose dreamers exist outside the bounds of this cosmos, in the nearby Ether where the power of the Vigil does not extend. However, by harnessing the power of paradox, Aia can breach the Ether and bring you to the vessel of the alien gods. Capture an Oculon, then defeat the champions of the Rhen of Fate. The energy released as Aia's design for Arak collides with her design for that realm will imbue the Oculon with the power we need.
