Затем найдите слезу посланницы Демиургов. Она способна сковать любую фею.

Gnarladon is the boss mob of a zone wide life invasion event named Arboreal Assault and Cinderon is the boss mob of a zone wide fire invasion event named March of the Gedlo. Be prepared for an extremely long wait, continually checking Silverwood to see if it's being invaded. You only need to be near the bosses when they die for the quest update. For the Messenger of the Vigil Tear go to Port Scion Bay where you first entered Silverwood and talk to the Messenger of the Vigil(6090,3950) and she will give you the tear you need for nothing, at least this part is very easy

So, going by Hanoveral's wise words posted 3 years ago, I've been waiting for these events to spawn for weeks, months even.. but due to the population of the game currently this simply wasn't spawning. From a very lucky and accidental search of the bosses instead of the quest, I came across Rift Wiki (usually a useless website by today's standards) and it mentioned that you could buy a lure for these from the Rift Quartermaster's in Sanctum. Low and behold, you can buy these cheaply. The rift spawns the boss straight away. No need to wait for the events.. Sigh...

The Quartermasters you need are Queb and Unkrat, standing left and right of Quartermaster Roter at 7458 3015. Happy hunting!
