Before Crucia was defeated in Frozen Tempest, her Storm Legion harassed the Necropolis constantly, assaulting with waves of organized troops or infiltrating the Caretakers with spies. Now? Nothing beyond aimless invasions. What we have been seeing, however, is an influx of normal people, victims of the long war, seeking the shelter of the Necropolis's walls.
