Still, there is one rune that the Abyssal never use, the Rune of Love. After hearing your recounting, I would surmise that what Fate intended was for Kiera to simply express her love to Murmond. It so happens that I just spoke with this, Murmond, and sent him to the Rune of Love at the Moonshade Pools. You must find him and convince Kiera to proclaim her love to him.

The soul of Kiera, the Physician, is troubled no more. She has done as the goddess of Fate intended and set things right in her past, our present, and has altered the future. All that you have done, the tides of time have altered. If what Kiera said about her future was true, then perhaps the goddess of Fate too is being affected by these strange ripples in time.
