We have attuned our Planar Telescope to Threngar and Bulf in the Sea of Boldis. That ocean is nothing but a crushing vortex, and our enemies survive there only because the Akvan have granted them a profane blessing. You would be immediately crushed to a mote. But now that we know where they are, we can draw them to us. All we need is an artifact from Boldis to attune a lure with. Then we can pull them through a tear in the seas to Tarken, and deal with them in a place where you have the advantage.

You destroyed the Akvan who had cursed Boldis and filled it with a vortex. They will no longer be able to summon Martrodraum into an Akvan stronghold. However, Bulf was able to acquire the final Word of Power. Perhaps this was the plan all along? Or perhaps this was desperation.
