Goboro Reef resembles the seas of your mortal world, [%NAME], but it is not. The Plane of Water exists in another reality, and the laws that govern us are different. While Draum the moon creates our world in his dreams, the dreams of mortals and elemental creatures can also affect it. The Dream of the Ocean is a place where tidal power is being used to recreate this abandoned dream of the moon. You should do what you can to help those that would dream for the good of us all.
