The Seer Eel is a delicacy and is often used to make a candy that is loved by the Onir. We need a skilled Angler with the ability to make lures to craft Spectral Seer Lures to catch them. For some reason we can't seem to find anyone other than Gaspar with good enough skills, but he doesn't have hands.
