Menhirs of the Void

The Akvan gain power from rituals that profane against the Cosmos. In their imprisonment, they created Void Menhirs, powerful obelisks from the starry beyond. These idols sustained the Akvan through their long sleep. And now that Martrodraum is free, they use these most abhorrent idols to anchor themselves to our reality. Below this very monastery was the prison of Martrodraum. The Void Menhir that sustained him remains to this day. We have been unable to remove this dread artifact, after centuries of trying. But you are powerful, Ascended. Maybe you can succeed.
