Description
These Lycini have lived for so long with these empyrean wonders surrounding them that they've forgotten how to invent. These machines are ancient, and have been lovingly restored over the centuries to be in perfect working condition. But they don't try anything new, they don't advance the art at all. You should show them what the Defiants can do. Talk to Donis Masino to get the gist of how it works, and then get to improving it!
