Description
Tulan is a colony of the Lycini here in Cape Jule, the southern shore of the lost continent of Brevane. Once, before the Blood Storm's arrival, the ancestors of the Eth and Mathosians had an advanced civilization here. Their ancient Empyrean mechanics have given us powerful artifacts that can remake kingdoms, but they also provide little conveniences that improve the quality of life. Removing local pests and compassionately relocating the Snapper Hatchlings are two that we are thankful for at the moment.
Upon completion
With great power, comes the desire not to be bitten on your rear while swimming or sitting around the town square. All this was recovered from the ruins of the ancient Brevane here in Cape Jule. What other wonders, or weapons, might there be?
