Cilius Enagon wants you to use the Spirit Repeller on an Obstinate Spirit and herd it to the nearby Collection Basin. You will need to use the Spirit Repeller several times to get the spirit to its destination.- Use the Spirit Repeller to snare an Obstinate Spirit and push it to a Collection Basin
Description
Water is an element that we can learn a lot from, Ascended, and its spirits are usually quite amicable to our requests. That hasn't been the case lately at Forlorn Fen, however. The spirits there take a bit more... persuasion.
Upon completion
I'll go check on the specimen in a few hours. By then, it should have had time to calm down within the enchanted basin. If not, well, I'll be sure to wear goggles.
