Find Keeper Phaedrus

Keeper Phaedrus was working on a weapon that would kill the Puny Flame Sprites that plague Obsidian Shore. He went out there for a trial and we haven't heard from him since! I'm starting to get worried. I was hoping you could go check on him.

Well it sounds like Phaedrus's prototype was a rousing success! Let's hope he makes it back here soon himself. I know I certainly want to see this new invention in action. Maybe on some flying serpents this time!
