Talos Roda made pacts with many powerful spirits in order to save his village from Maelforge's flames. Though much of his life was spent in service, he also wielded great power and he used it to both heal his people and consume their enemies. Such great power you may wield if you can free him from Regulos. He will help bind the spirits to you, and allow you to draw on their power.
