Increases the damage of abilities by 30% and the damage bonus from Frosted Ward by an additional 30%. Charge generating attacks apply a stack of Glaciate, reducing the duration of the next Overheated effect by 1s per stack. Charge consuming attacks apply a stack of Supercharge, reducing the duration of the next Recharging effect by 1s per stack. Max 20 stacks. This ability also passively protects you from Legendary Hits. Lasts 1h.
