Start from (8138, 9817) and climb up the vine to (6170, 9809). Angle yourself towards the water and make sure you are on a mount to make this jump. As long as you hit the water you get the achievement, ground splats don't seem to count.

8138, 9817 isn't even in Ardent Domain. Did you mean 6138, 9817?
