This may not have anything to do with it, but I am trying to help. In the settings of Magelo, this is my settings, but try it, if it helps, you know... Make sure they are all checked EXCEPT Launch my favorite game automatically. Again make sure in Glyph in the settings it is set to 32bit.
Open the Control Panel and Un-install all Java versions then, I know it may be a pain, but just to make sure, go here: https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and download the REMOVE OLDER VERSIONS tool and make sure all versions of Java is un-installed. Then go here: https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/java_win64bit.xml and download and install both 32 and 64 bit versions. Once both version are installed in the Control Panel under Uninstall a Program you should see two versions of Java, one that reads Java 8 Update 161 and another that reads Java 8 Update 161 (64bit).
A side note, once Java(both 32/64) is installed, open Configure Java, click the Update tab, change Notify Me: to Before Installing, make sure Check for Updates Automatically has a check mark in the box, click the Advanced button. Change the Frequency to Daily and When to something like 4am(if you are like me and leave the machine on 24/7...) This way Java will always check for updates since there are a lot of exploits with Java.
Another thing is your antivirus. Myself I just use Windows Defender as it is just as good as anything else out there. But open it(if you use it) or the program you use and make sure Magelo Sync is in the Exclusions/Exceptions lists, this way your antivirus program will ignore Magelo. Also make sure it is listed in Windows Firewall to allow it through as well.
Once all this is done reboot. Open Magelo and click on YES to allow it and it will open up. Then open Glyph, click on Rift then click Play. Select the toon you want to play, once loaded into the game double click Magelo in the task bar next to the clock to open it, hopefully you will have a button that reads Sync....
I also see it wanting to load Russian, is this correct? Is your language Russian? If none of this works I wonder if that would have something to do with it? Maybe try running Glyph/Rift in English, worth a shot but Jelan would have to answer that one...
I really hope I am helping, Jelan would probably have more and or better answers that me...
Even with all this, it works for me but I still get errors, at least my log file reads it has errors.

Also Jelan would have to answer this one, but if you go here: https://rift.magelo.com/en/all_features.jspa it will show you what the difference is between the free version and the premium version about what will be synced, etc.. I would not think this would have to do with anything but it was something I thought about.

I double checked everything was running in 32 bit versions, and started up Sync and then ran Rift through Glyph.

Jelan, what is the error I was getting in the log file? It still worked or seemed to anyway. Did it prevent MS(Magelo Sync) from working properly or something?

It's a technical error but it does not prevent Magelo Sync from syncing your characters properly. It has to do with what Magelo Sync can collect and contribute to the database.

Does MS while it is running constantly collects data to sync with the server? For instant if you looted something that was not in the database, would it detect it and then add it to the database?

Yes but for instance, the items would need to be in the database in the first place. Loot tables are entirely contributed with Magelo Sync.

Hi, i came across this post trying to find out why the sync software wasn't working with my game, it seems my game is running 64 bit version. if i change to 32 bit version, what will i miss out on. what makes 64 bit better than 32 bit.

The easiest and main reason is 32bit has a limit of 4GB of RAM it can access. 64bit lets the game access more memory. So if you have over 4GB of ram installed then the game can access all it needs. Same goes with Windows. When the computer runs the game it takes it off the hard drive and puts it in memory and runs the game from there as it is faster than running it off the hard drive, now it does not totally run it from memory but it puts a good amount in memory. Same goes with Windows. So if you have 64Bit the more memory you have the better everything will run. The cheapest and best way to improve performance is to install more memory, but check your motherboard as each slot for the ram will only support so much memory. 32bit is a max of 4GB ram and 64bit is a max of about(more depending on the version of Windows you have) 128GB
