Hazeed has formed a council of three powerful worshippers of Laethys, and to ensure their loyalty to the earth dragon, he had each consume a mote from the Plane of Earth. The motes grew, and now the hosts are mere husks. Kill them, and Raz'ahan can rip the corruption from their souls.
