Description
It seems Hazeed has been taking a page out of the Defiant handbook and is utilizing Eth technology to enhance his own magic. Well, two can play at that game. Shimmersand was once part of ancient Eth, and so was that dagger you carry. It should take to technomantic augmentation quite nicely.
Upon completion
Raz'ahan, the Blade of the Sorcerer-Kings, has been restored to glory. You've even enhanced it with Defiant technology! We are ready to confront Hazeed, and this time he won't escape.
