Anwar Ghalib wants you to collect Lodged Dominating Currents from the Enthralled Howlers in Dustwind Hills to the south of Windfury Post.Description
I don't see a lot of those Enthralled Howlers here in Shimmersand. In fact, I have only ever seen them over in the area of Dustwind Hills. I can't imagine they are native to the desert. Something else must be keeping them here.
Upon completion
I won't even bother to ask. If the Storm Legion is involved, then so are devices for mind control. I'm willing to bet they even have a large base set up somewhere nearby.
