Cardinal Visc wants you to investigate the towers of Overwatch Keep and find the ritual summoning implements used to corrupt the castle of the High Elves.Description
Perhaps this elven problem can be solved in a dwarven manner? As Bahralt has taught us, to be enlightened, one must have their house in order. There's something wrong with that castle. The cultists of Greenscale in House Aelfwar may have summoned something into the walls of that once blessed keep, and now it clouds their mind and strengthens their resolve to do evil. Search the towers of their most powerful mages and bring us their implements and we'll know what haunts the keep.

Ach! The markings upon these implements are well known to those of us that have made a study of the dragons and their minions. The Aelfwar have summoned Glastig, Lord Twyl's most powerful servant. She often appears in the form of a beautiful elven maiden, occasionally a satyr, but we know her for what she really is. A demonic plant. A child of the corrupted tree of life.
