Description
I had thought to study the Dormant Eternal Weapon, but I cannot keep it safe from those with evil purpose. You are the only one I trust with the responsibility, but to protect it, you must unlock its power. It first requires three types of cosmic energy. One can be released from the powerful beings that inhabit the Tenebrean Schism. The other, from Cosmic Particles only visible by using Charge Realignment Consoles. Finally, close rifts to capture their planar force.
Upon completion
Ah, the Dormant Eternal Weapon has absorbed the power you captured from the Cosmic Energy Particles. It is nearly ready to become something greater - don't you feel it?
