Artisan sinistre | Ébauche | Faiseur de cadavres | Chef-d'œuvre This one is a real pain. These enemies are located in the Den of Kwell. The entrance is located at (13843, 5045). I kept shard hopping between (13585, 4880) and (13535, 4666), there are 25-30 enemies along that path.

i found it rather easy, "bone minion"s at the shapers citadel are easy to kill, respawn rather fast and no loot, so no time wasting for it.. go until 15173, 5389 and while kill what you see around, most of them also counts for that ach..
