For this one, you need to climb the mountain (8711, 8813) to jump on top of the wall. Proceed down the wall to the jump location (8802, 8690). I got off my mount first and unsure if that makes a difference but took me a while to figure out which place on the mountain would get me on the wall.

I'm guessing it's intended, on two characters now I've missed one of the last jumps while getting to the top of the tower for Tour du Déni, and the achievement popped (as I curse and swear while falling).
