Farseer Solana is INSIDE the mouth of the dragon head at 5321, 2349. How I was able to do it is to get as close to the edge of his head as you can (you will target one of the two most front teeth) and turn with your back to the teeth. As soon as you drop down to the tooth (you won't be able to stay on it), have your finger on the 'forward button' and you'll be able to move ahead inside.
