Hi Nilinusar, Could you please check that Magelo Sync is not blocked by your firewall or a proxy? Then it's better if you have Java 6 32bits installed on your computer. We need to update our system to fully support Java 7 as it can cause those kind of issues. Let me know how it goes.

Has the system been fully updated to support Java 7 yet by chance? Still having issues.....

Not yet, we are working on it and it's on top of our to do list for this beginning of the week. We will keep you updated as soon as it's done.
