"No JVM could be found on your system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com." I am running Java version 7 update 45 from Oracle Corporation

I have the exact same bug / error message on my 64 bit system, but everything worked find on the 32 bit computer. Hiladdar

Java recommend you installed the 32bit version and the 64bit version of Java 7 on your computer to avoid any issue. So make sure you have both and everything should be ok.
