Your topic about Magelo not finding JVM says the following: "If Magelo Sync is still not working after you installed Java properly, please open a topic in the Bugs forum explaining your problem." This is exactly what I did, but my post was deleted with no response. What gives? How can I get this fixed? Why can't I just add my character from the website like I used to be able to last time I used Magelo? Why are we forced into using software that doesn't work and has no support?

I also followed the instructions of updating Java .... however I have the same problem still.
