From what I can tell, all Direct damage and heal weapon procs and sympathetic style procs built in to weapons are showing as some memblur or agro wipe ability. Procs from augs are showing correct data.

I thought of this today, not sure if it helps - from 7/13 Live patch notes: Changed the way procs on items work to reduce the number of spells used. Seems to coincide with the bug in Magelo.
