I'm not sure what I am doing wrong at this point, but I keep receiving the error "The URL of your background is not valid." My image is 800x600 and well under 700kb. I have tried both jpg & png, but I keep receiving the same error. Hello orablast I understand the problem! First you tried to add your image url in the field required for the music url, so it cannot works Then I noticed you add your images in your media manager, so basically you don't need to provide any url in the form. Let me give you the workflow you need to do: Go to "Customize profile" Click the "Browse" link in the point "Pick a background in your media :" It will open the media manager where you just need to select your image and click the "select" button. Your background image will be automatically added in the form and the media manager will close. Then you can set the color theme and the profile opacity, if you wish Finally, you can add a music that will be played when your profile is opened. The process is exactly the same you did for the background image. Don't forget to click the "save" button and you are done Let me know how it goes!
