Hello folks,
Don't worry - we're looking into the issues that came with this recent patch - missing AAs, SoD items and characters being unable to Sync. This new patch has brought a lot of changes that we need to work with, and we'll keep everyone updated on the progress.

My Healing Gift AA still shows 0/18 when I really have 16/18. Everything I had was erased. Mental Stamina is wrong as well. I have 2/5, yet show 0/5. I still show Tinkering Mastery even though I'm a high elf. My AA are still off by 102.

AA issue is still the same for me. The wrist item has been syncronized though (although with wrong icon)

Thanks for the feedback Shelearns and Lepra. Glad to hear new items went into the database just fine, we will fix the icon issue today, it's a simple bug with the new icons. I will focus my effort on those missing AAs today and hopefully will get back to you shortly.

Thanks for all your effort on these issues. Just sync'd my main toon and AA issues are still the same. Missing CA and CS aa's, currently have 24/28 on both. Also not showing the SoD AC aa's Armor of Wisdom, Currently have 5/5.

Could someone try to sync and let me know how it goes now, it looks like the issue has been fixed with yesterday Everquest patch.... I also coded all the SoD AAs to be taken into account on your profile as well.

Nope, still the same I'm afraid. I have 2060 aa in EQ, Magelo shows 1958, 102 difference. My Healing Gift AA is at 16/18, Magelo shows 0/18. Mental Stamina is 2/5, Magelo shows 0/5.
I do have 2 unspent, and have glyphed 16 which Magelo shows, but for some reason the 3 SoD AA's that I bought so far(2x Mental Stamina, 1x Healing Gift) are resetting the entire line to 0 in Magelo.

I just patched Magelo Sync again, hopefully it should improve a lot the AA situation, please let me know when you get a chance to sync again, thanks !

It still refuses to acknowledge (atleast) first ranks bought on AA's spanning through several expansions. Precise Strikes 0/12 should be 10/12, Triple Backstab 0/15 should be 13/15 and Veteran's Wrath 0/12 should be 10/12. I bought first SoD rank in each of these and I think that for some reason is the problem with the Magelo sync.

My AA's are off by 22, but the only visible difference is my Magelo profile does not show Glyphs that I have purchased and not spent. All the rest of the info on all the tabs is an exact match.

Any AA that you have a higher rank that you could have prior to SoD shows as 0/Max. All new SoD AAs show as 0/Max.
It seems that Sync is not aware of the new AAs yet.
