• Players should now receive proper rewards for assisting the flag carrier and otherwise participating in the 'Skirmish' zone events during Phase 5.
• Guardian and Defiant NPCs spawned during Skirmish zone events now drop War Trophies.
• Decisive Action: Now has a turn-in point when the boss is active.
• Attack the Outpost: Fixed this spawning too many hostile targets at once.
