Hello. I've manually and automatically synced my characters many times since I became a premium member, and I've noticed on the collectibles pages for the website, it is not accurately showing my pets or mounts. I've checked the difference between the All/Collected/Missing pages and noticed it is listing many pets and mounts missing that I have collected and received achievements for. (For example, I have the achievement for collecting 100 mounts in the game, but the website is only showing 67 collected mounts.) It also appears for the pets, many of my missing pets are from recent world events in the game.

Hi Rigellan,
I have noticed something similar that is hard to pinpoint because it does not happen all the times. I will have another look at this problem to hopefully understand what is going on. Thanks for your feedback and support !

Thanks for working on this one Jelan, but it looks like it's actually getting worse... Since the latest Magelo patch update, I am now missing more collected mounts and pets. Last week I had 67 collected mounts and 180 missing, and today it's 66 and 181.

Pets Page still broken, im 232 collected and it states 117. Fix please

Issue is still present 12/28/15 and is capped at 300 entries ending with pet names in the "S" range.
