Hi Behrouz,
You can definitely wipe out the cache folder if it got corrupted somehow.
The last error you got seems related to some connectivity issue between your computer and www.magelocdn.com. I suspect this issue is very temporary and it should be already working by itself otherwise, make sure you dont have a firewall blocking the connection.
