When trying to view 3 of my profiles (including http://eq.magelo.com/profile/3667931 ) I get a respose page that says:
Whoops ! An error occurred while you were browsing this page.
If it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help.
I have waited a couple of days to see if the problem would correct itself but it has not and thought I would bring it to your attention as it seems this problem or something like it happened back in 2014 according to the forums and it seemed to have to be fixed by an administrator.

Having the same issues on 2 of my characters as well, seemed to start after I ran the sync on them today.

I am having the same issue as well. I subscribed for a year and now this!
I downloaded a fresh copy of Magelo Sync and also downloaded and installed fresh copy of Java for 32 and 64 bit, yet still having the same issue. The Sync wouldn't run until I installed a new 64 bit of Java...so I downloaded and installed a fresh copy of both Java. Also if it matters or not I attempted to view in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browser via log in to Magelo site then click on my profile etc.
Nothing shows on the character listing or on rankings even though it says this character is ranked. It does not show in the list when I look. I have nothing checked on settings for the character either, like make this private etc. so it should be able to be seen...
Under My characters. it is listed however, no information showing, just the name and also the signature is blank when trying to view it as well.
Please get this fixed ASAP!

Same issue here day two. Can we at least get some official recognition of an issue and an assurance it's being worked on?

Still an issue three days later..going on six days now that my profile has been unviewable and since I paid to re-up my subscription. One more week before I dispute the payment and get my money back, this is obviously unacceptable.

Its been well over a week. No response. Still Whoopsing and not Syncing. Can you at least on the boards say you are working on this and no eta or something?
