Hi there i bought the premium account, opened magelo put my usernmae/ password, clicked everquest it said i had to manually log in so i did then it said Magelo is trying to detect your currently logged on character, if this takes more than a few seconds for your character to show up let us know on the support forums. So here i am any hints or suggestions please?

I haven't been able to sync since October running version 4.5.1. Just sits there and says it is trying to detect your character. How long before this is fixed?

I am aware of the issue and working as fast and hard as possible guys. I keep you posted as soon as this is fixed.

This is finally fixed. Given the stability of the service since the beginning of our migration on Nov 1, we have granted 10 extra days to all our premium users. Thanks all for your patience and have a good WE.
