Hi. I have played Rift for some time now. I have used Magelo some in the past and recently came back to it to manage my characters. I was interested in the Premium membership but am leery on doing tht if I can't download my character info since the sync function seems to not keep up with Rift updates.

Is this different for premium accounts? Is syncing kept up to date? I just don't want to spend money and then not be able to sync anything for weeks.

We normally update Magelo Sync every week usually within 1 day of a game patch and when we fail to to so, like the past 2 weeks, we always indemnify our premium users.

Magelo Sync has now been updated so you can sync your characters. Only caveat is you have to run the 32bit game client for Magelo Sync to run at the moment.

It's Monday now and I am still being told that Rift has been patched. Is this a problem with my system, or have you not had time to fix Magelo Sync?

Yep sorry about that MarshallB, Magelo Sync has been patched now and we have granted 4 days to all our premium users. I will make sure to swiftly expedite this week patch and the followings.
