Been getting this for a while now so checked my account and noticed my sub had expired so I re-subbed.
Then checked my email and verified I got email confirmation. Rebooted computer, logged in to EQ and tried running Sync and still getting invalid descriptor error.
Help would be appreciated.

You have a bogus Magelo Sync install. Please un install it, download the new version and re install it. It should fix the issue.
