Can I request something? Can you set it so when someone posts it will email me or what ever to let me know some posted so I can make sure they get help with installation/etc.? That way no one has to wait to long for a reply so I can help them right away. Maybe change my title from Premium user to Support Assistant or something? . Thank you.
