I click on icon, My name, location appears, But does not give me the option to sync.

I am having the identical issue. Recognizes the zone I am in but never shows any characters to sync.

I sync button finally showed up after several minutes. I clicked it. It did a short sync but when I went to the ranking page it did not sync my characters newest upgrades.

Mine timed out. I tried again this morning and all of my accounts were detected and synced.
